  • Bill Hudgins (Partner at Hamilton Development)

    Bill Hudgins

    Partner at Hamilton Development

    Bill Hudgins serves as Partner for Hamilton Development. He is responsible for the site acquisition,
    entitlement, vertical construction, leasing, and disposition for speculative projects in the Mid-
    Atlantic region.

    Prior to joining Hamilton Development, Bill served as Senior Development Manager for Panattoni
    Development Company. To date, Bill has led efforts to entitle more than 10 million square feet of
    industrial projects and has advanced over 6 million in industrial projects in the Mid-Atlantic region.
    Prior to Panattoni, Bill was President of HL Development and Senior Vice President of Harvey
    Lindsay Commercial Real Estate. Bill brought to market over $500 million and 2.5 million SF of
    mixed-use projects in the Greater Norfolk market - setting the vision, engaging with capital, and
    delivering on time and on budget.

    Bill maintains an Associate Brokerage Real Estate License in the State of Virginia.

    Chase Kerley

    Managing Director of Crescent Communities

    Chase Kerley joined Crescent Communities in 2016 and currently serves as the Managing Director of AXIAL and THE YIELD, Crescent Communities' industrial and life science portfolios. Chase is responsible for creating pipeline and managing operations for both platforms across the Southeast. Previously, Chase has served as the Managing Director for The River District and Director of Land Acquisition and Development.

    Chase has over 16 years of experience in commercial and residential acquisition and development having led development for 2.1M SF of Life Science space, 1.4M SF of industrial, and over 8,200 residential units across the southeast.

    Before coming to Crescent Communities, Chase was the VP of Land Acquisition for Shea Homes where he led acquisition and development efforts for 11 years across NC and SC.
    Chase serves active roles within ULI, HBA, and NAOIP.

    Chase earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Finance from North Carolina State University. Chase holds his real estate license in both North and South Carolina.

    Michael is a First Vice President within the Sales & Leasing group specializing in industrial and office brokerage services relating to representation to Landlords/Sellers and Tenants/Buyers throughout Virginia. Prior to joining Commonwealth Commercial in 2021, Michael worked for a Fortune 1000 chemical manufacturing company in Richmond, VA. He has experience in technical sales and marketing and provides acquisition, disposition, leasing, development, and consulting services to industrial, office, and investment clients throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia.

    Michael enjoys golf and spending time with his family. He is a Volunteer Coach at The First Tee of Richmond and is on the VMI Club of Richmond Board of Directors.

    Director of Economic Development and Tourism at Goochland County

    Sara has served the citizens and businesses in Goochland County since beginning her career in 2005 where she worked in the Community Development department of Goochland County. She transitioned into Economic Development in 2018 where she developed a deep passion to grow the economy by facilitating new capital investments and job creation. Sara created Goochland’s first business retention and expansion program and has been actively involved in over $800M of commercial capital investment in Goochland County.

    Sara has a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts from University of Richmond and possesses a certificate in Economic Development from The University of Oklahoma. Her personal motto is “Change is inevitable. Growth is optional.”

    As the Chief Development Officer at GoochlandCares, Emily Millhiser oversees all aspects of the fundraising department. Her work raises awareness, secures funding and in-kind gifts, and builds community support for Goochland’s go-to provider of essential medical and social support services.

    A proud native of Richmond, Emily holds a bachelor’s in Psychology from William & Mary and a master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from Auburn University. In addition to earning several fundraising certificates, she is an alumna of the Emerging Nonprofit Leaders Program and Leadership Metro Richmond. Throughout her career, Emily has consistently served as a go-to resource for leadership teams. She has held multiple newly-created positions for companies experiencing growth and change, enjoying the challenge of keeping up with a rapidly evolving world.

    Emily currently serves as the Immediate Past Chair of Impact 100 Richmond, a women's collective giving circle that has invested $2.2 Million in the Richmond nonprofit community since 2010. A passionate supporter of the environment, Emily spends her weekends at her favorite farmer’s market, socializing her rescue dogs, tending her garden, and researching her next travel destination.
